2. What data we collect

The website nutrixelite.com collects personal data exclusively through the order form available on the website. The data you may provide includes:

• First and last name;
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• The requested quantity and the content of your message (order, question).

Important: the website does not store this data in its own database. The data submitted through the form is sent securely by email to comenzi@nutrixelite.com and remains in the Operator’s email correspondence.

3. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Processing and confirming orders for Nutrix Elite products;
• Answering requests and questions sent through the form, by phone or via WhatsApp.

Your data is not used for marketing or profiling purposes and is not sold or passed on to third parties.

Data submitted through the form is kept in the Operator’s email correspondence for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and, afterwards, in accordance with the applicable legal obligations (for example, tax archiving for confirmed orders). Data related to requests that have been answered and did not lead to a contractual relationship is deleted regularly.
