By accessing and using the website nutrixelite.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; the updated version will be published on this page together with the revision date.

3. Product description and orders

The website presents the product Nutrix Elite — Green Elite Formula+, a complete pelleted feed for sport horses, and provides visitors with information about its composition, benefits and directions for use.

Product orders are placed through the order form available on the website (the data is sent by email), by phone or via WhatsApp. An order becomes binding only after it has been confirmed by phone by the Operator. The minimum quantity accepted per order is 500 kg (25 bags of 20 kg). The price is provided on request. The website does not process online payments and does not store payment card data.

4. Intellectual property

All content published on the website — texts, photographs, graphics, logos and the trade name Nutrix Elite — is the exclusive property of the Operator or is used with the consent of the rights holders, and is protected by Romanian and European copyright and trademark law.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or using any content of the website without the Operator’s prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The information published on the website is provided for guidance and in good faith. The product data corresponds to the official label; the feed should be administered under specialist guidance, according to the animal’s workload. The Operator does not guarantee the complete accuracy of the content and is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions.

The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website, including technical interruptions or display errors.
